About Melissa

Melissa Teage is an educator, writer, and community builder committed to inspiring women to live with purpose and lead with gratitude. With over 20 years of experience in education and leadership, she brings both depth and heart to the spaces she creates. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership, driven by a desire to create lasting impact inside and beyond the classroom.

She is the founder of The Brunch Bunch Community, a growing sisterhood that cultivates meaningful connection and faith-filled friendship. She is also the creator of Gr8ful Woman, a faith-rooted leadership space where gratitude shapes perspective, purpose, and community. Through her writing, speaking, and digital work, Melissa equips women to grow intentionally, build strong relationships, and lead with confidence in every season.

Outside of her work, she enjoys brunching with friends and spending time with her village — the circle of loved ones who support and inspire her. She treasures life with her husband and two children, who keep her grounded and deeply grateful.
